Printable PDF · 10-foot setup
This QuickAcuity download is calibrated for a real 10-foot setup on standard US Letter paper. It includes ruler checks so the page can be verified before use.

Preview shown is a low-resolution screenshot of the actual PDF. The download includes ruler checks, print-scale guidance, and setup instructions for a true 10-foot distance vision test.
Why 10 feet
The PDF preserves the visual angle that matters for screening while staying practical to print. That is why the page is intentionally calibrated for 10 feet while keeping familiar 20/xx equivalent line labels.
A printable chart is only useful if the physical geometry is correct. The rulers are not decoration.
Sudden vision loss, eye pain, flashes, distortion, or new double vision still require professional evaluation.
